Courses & lifecycle
Residents are tracked by course and year, and move through active, inactive and graduated states — so records stay clean year to year.
Fee generation
Monthly fees generated for every resident on a schedule, with a configurable due day and a prorated first month for mid-month move-ins. Duplicate entries are blocked.
Payments
Record cash, UPI, bank transfer, cheque or card payments with references, apply discounts and late fees, and track pending, paid and overdue status.
Invoices & receipts
A PDF invoice for every fee entry, with a paid-receipt section once settled, downloadable on demand.
WhatsApp notices
New-fee notices go to residents over WhatsApp as each month's fees are generated.
